Work Health and Safety and Environmental Policy – 2019
eSafe Services prides itself on its adherence to its Work Health Safety and Environmental Policy.
This is achieved through:
- Compliance with relevant Work Health and Safety legislation, codes of practice, standards and guidelines. Organisational core values are strongly represented through a continual commitment to exceed industry best practice and Work Health and Safety standards;
- Setting objectives and targets with the aim of eliminating work related incidents in relation to duties, products and services; and
- Defining roles and responsibilities for Work Health Safety and Environment best practice.
Strategies will include:
- Ensuring Work Health Safety and environment management principles are included in all organisational planning activities;
- Providing ongoing education and training to all employees;
- Documenting, implementing and communicating the Work Health Safety and Environment Policy to all employees;
- Ensuring the provision of adequate resources to inform and update staff on relevant matters
- Consulting with employees on a continued basis to ensure eSafe Service’s Work Health and Safety and Environmental policy is constantly relevant and adhered to;
- Ensuring incidents are investigated, communicated and procedural change implemented when required;
- Distributing Work Health Safety and Environment Policy documentation to all employees and interested parties;
- A commitment to the continued improvement of environmental management and the prevention of pollution;
- Pursuing input and feedback on environmental issues from all employees, franchisees, subcontractors, agents and other stakeholders;
- Providing adequate resources to ensure the Work Health Safety and Environment Policy is central to the organisation; and
- Ensuring the effective provision of injury management and rehabilitation for all employees.
