Procedure

  •  The development of an Electronic Integrated Management System (EIMS) that documents all facets of business operation including; compliance, policies, procedures and reviews has seen the succinct documentation of business activities and their impact on the products and services eSafe Services provides to its clients
  • The EIMS has been designed specifically to meet the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2008, and is implemented across the entire organisation
  • Company directors and senior management of eSafe Services are committed to maintaining and reviewing the effective operation of the EIMS, in order to achieve superior quality products and services, continually improve service delivery and to consistently satisfy client requirements
  • Goals and objectives will be set, with quality performance outcomes measured, analysed and reported against such goals
